So, when you activate Aquarium Screensaver, or it activates automatically, your PC will become a glass fishbowl created by Aquarium Screensaver. Inside there'll be blurred blue water, which will make it appear that all your icons are at the bottom of the sea. In addition, Aquarium Screensaver will turn your cursor into a fish, which can swim between your icons and shortcuts, until you decide to remove the effect of Aquarium Screensaver to go back to work again.
